1. Overview

At Prospace Shop, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you receive high-quality electronic and testing equipment that meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund under the terms outlined below.

This policy applies to all purchases made through our online store at www.prospaceshop.co.za.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The item must beย unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Returns must be initiatedย within 7 daysย of receiving your order.
  • Aย proof of purchaseย (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Items returned due to change of mind may be subject to aย restocking feeย of up toย 15%ย of the item value.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used electronic testing instruments.
  • Items showing signs of tampering, modification, or physical damage.
  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation or improper handling.
  • Software, firmware, or digital download products.
  • Clearance or special-order items.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or malfunctioning, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@prospaceshop.co.za with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the damage or defect

Once verified, we will arrange for replacement, repair, or refund, depending on product availability and manufacturer warranty terms.


5. Warranties

Most electronic and testing products sold by Prospace Shop are covered by a manufacturerโ€™s warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturerโ€™s terms and may require you to send the product to an authorized service center for inspection.
Prospace Shop will assist in facilitating warranty claims where possible but does not directly provide warranty service for third-party brands.


6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to yourย original method of paymentย withinย 7โ€“10 business days.
  • Shipping and handling fees areย non-refundableย unless the return is due to our error.
  • You are responsible forย return shipping costs, unless the product was received defective or incorrect.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. To request an exchange, please contact our support team before returning your item.
